Courses: A full refund will be given if notification of non-attendance is made more than 2 weeks prior to the course. Later cancellations may be refunded at the discretion of the Society.

Books & Standards: A full refund will be given provided the goods are returned unopend and unused.

If for any reason we are unable to supply the items you order at the time, we will contact you to find out whether you wish to wait until supplies are available or to be offered a refund.

Refunds (general): You have the right to cancel within seven days of ordering, subject to the conditions above. If you do cancel the order, goods must be returned to the Society's office, and a refund will be made.

Currencies: Payment is made in £sterling.
